Refund policy
GIA AI plans bought on this website are paid online through Razorpay. The amount paid is added to your GIA AI wallet together with any free bonus balance shown on the plan.
You can ask for a refund within 7 days of payment if the wallet balance from that plan has not been used. Free bonus balance and the free demo plan are not refundable. Once wallet balance has been used for conversations, voice or reports, the used amount is not refundable.
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. If money was deducted but your account was not created, contact us with the payment ID and we will fix it or refund the full amount.
